TRUST & TRANSPARENCY

Cookie Notice

A plain-language account of local storage and third-party embeds.

Effective / last updated: August 24, 2026

This is a comprehensive operational draft, not legal advice. Have qualified Texas counsel review it before a commercial launch.

Current use

Trackside Austin uses essential platform storage and security technologies needed to serve pages, manage sessions where applicable, prevent abuse and remember basic functionality. We do not currently operate an advertising-cookie program.

Google Maps and external content

Google Maps embeds and links may receive your IP address, browser details and interaction data, and may set or read cookies according to Google’s policies. Opening a studio website can likewise expose you to that operator’s technologies. You can block cookies in your browser, though maps or other features may not work correctly.

Changes and controls

If analytics, personalization or advertising tools are introduced, this notice and any legally required consent controls will be updated before nonessential technologies are used. Browser help pages explain how to clear or block stored data.

Optional account storage

Signed-in shortlist features use essential session technologies operated by the hosting and authentication platform. A device-local shortlist may also be kept in browser storage so selections are not lost before sign-in. This storage is functional, not advertising-related, and can be removed through browser controls.

Analytics choice

Google Analytics is optional and does not load until you consent. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. Trackside requests IP anonymization and does not intentionally enable advertising personalization. Declining analytics does not affect directory access.
